A collection of bulbs well-suited for both the harsh summers of Pakistan’s plains and the pleasant summers of hilly regions.

For plain areas such as Punjab and Sindh, keep the bulbs under dense trees or beneath an 80% shade net during the first year. Planting them in clay pots is also recommended, as it helps keep the bulbs cooler. Place them where they receive filtered light or gentle morning/evening sun.

These extra care measures are mainly important during the first year of growth. Once the bulbs are well established, they can be planted more freely, including directly in the garden.
